At Balloonique we are committed to ensuring that you are happy with your purchase, however we understand that issues can arise.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns for damaged products within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

The original packaging and proof of purchase are required.

Customised Products

Please note that customised products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.

How to initiate a return

To initiate a return please contact us within 7 days of delivery via the contact page. Please include details of the issue and relevant photos of the damage.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send the product back to us. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective or damaged.

You received the wrong item.

We will investigate the issue and do our best to fix it.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
